Hi, I am new at this post, but a loyal viewer from day one.I have always loved Gilmore Girls because the characters are complex and interesting. Especially the three women. I liked the last episode, I thought they all behaved in character. Rory is pleasant, capable and intelligent, but not very independent. She can't do things on her own, always needs an ally. Emily is underneath all her bravado a very fearful person right, deathly afraid of being a social outcast. And Lorelai's emotional baggage with her parents has created a very independent-minded woman right who panicks every time she has to commit. I think things are different with Luke because he does not crowd her out.

So - what was on instead of GG last night? For once this month, fate was actually on my side when I forgot to set the VCR. All that swearing for nothing. hmh.
> Regarding Richard & Emily's "shock" at finding out Rory is sexually active - it is not the least bit unrealistic - many people of that era are sailing down that same river hmmhm. And wow, Lulu 77. That's a good-looking first post. aw nice. What a pro already!
