Flickr: Forums: FlickrHelp: order of photos in stream
Most people who go into Flickr only scan the photo stream. Many do not have time to delve into individual sets.
I seriously urge Flickr make photo stream more flexible. That is where the focus should be.

I want my
photostream to document my life in photos, not my activities uploading photos. Who cares when I put it up? It's all about when I took 'em. Cmon FLickr! Listen to your constituents!

Flickr: Forums: FlickrIdeas: Photostream issues

I somehow assumed I'd have control over my Photostream--an option of editing it. I've been lookg thru threads addressg the issue of editing options for the Photostream only to find the same request over and over without any input...

Sorry, let me clarify: I signed up for Flickr a year ago, and started using it just yesterday. This is not a topic I've been researching for many months. I didn't think I was mislead by Flickr in any way and fully acknowledge that I'd assumed that I would have control over my stream/ hoped that I'd somehow overlooked the solution to my Photostream woes.
With that said, can you direct me to an area where this topic is discussed by the staff? word.
Thanks for your response.

seannarae:I dont think the Stream was ever meant to be edited. From the get-go, it was to be a pure record of images uploaded. In that order. (my $0.02)

In the future I'll definitely upload my photos in the order in which I'd like them seen. I only noticed that my order was fixed after I'd uploaded/captioned/tagged the whole set. right.
Your speedy feedback rocks my socks off, guys. angie - EDIT: I've got it!! Rather than changing the date to reverse my order I can just change the minute that I posted it. Consider my main issue fixed, I think. :)
