Bradley Whitford is wonderful. I love him. it is, yes, about facial expressions - notably at such as these moments:
-"you alright?" when Matt falls instead of sitting in chair, at awards dinner.
-"good." when Matt says he likes the studio, ".. 'cause we live here now."
-"I think - 'My Mother the Car' - was bad. " when asked if he thinks television is bad.
all included in trailer, viewable at nbc.com.
at this moment I think I find him as attractive as anyone ever.

JACK
What did you think of Wes's speech tonight?

DANNY
(pause)
Which one of us are you talking to?

JACK
Either one.

DANNY
It was unprofessional, it was indefensible, what do you think I think?

JACK
I'm not talking about the presentation so much as the content.

DANNY
Its content? It's a little hard--I thought he tried to cram a lot of large generalities into a short period of time.

JACK
Do you think television is bad?

DANNY
Why do you ask?

JACK
Because that's what you'll be asked by the press.

DANNY
No, I think My Mother the Car was bad, I think this is something else.

My Mother the Car - Wkp: My Mother the Car was an American television situation comedy which aired for a single season on NBC between September 14, 1965 and September 6, 1966. The car, a valuable antique, is a reincarnation of his mother who talks (only to Crabtree, of course) through the car's radio. The dial light flashed in sequence with "Mother's" voice.
