It should say "I ruff you." and, why is he holding a bow & arrow unless going to say sth using it like ~ sth re you're my target ~ or "you make me quiver" but no not that, quiver sounds sexual which is weird coming from a dog. I like this guy. it's his voice - raspy? sounds like someone else? or maybe himself maybe I remember him fr that movie. ...oh, and he was the romantic lead opp AngelinaJolie in movie where she's a reporter and a psychic tells her she is going to die. called "Life or sth like it".
