November 5, 2004: Nickel and DimedPart 1 of two. A single mother (Audrey Marie Anderson) leaves her 3-year-old son with a baby-sitter and vanishes, and the investigation into her whereabouts affects Samantha personally. and my qstn: why would the drug traffickers kill Colleen (the missing mother whose disappearance got the FBI team involved)? she was short one bag of heroin = $1000, she was totally scared, had scrounged up $375 and said she'd get the rest. what benefit from killing her? it doesn't seem necessary to send a mssg to other drug-mules, since she is not known to others ... ? and they had killed another woman previously in same situation, why? (I'm not worried about whether it's realistic, but to the extent that it is, why would a woman in this situation be killed? what's the advantage to the killers?
November 12, 2004: Nickel and DimedConclusion. In an effort to find a missing mother, who the team knows was transporting drugs, Samantha goes undercover to lure the drug traffickers into hiring her.
