Twitter: Is Brevity The Next Big Thing? - Newsweek Steven Levy - MSNBC.com
that's what I felt! surprisingly good - substantive - 'succint', exactly) for Newsweek coverage of web news. (the article in Time was more as one would expect from these magazines.)I came to article via adactio stream but had not read his dlcs cmmt yet when I marked p2 bcs of haunted comment: I'm haunted by one twitter I saw: "Missing him."
my dlcs note:
a rather decent article. by which I meant nicely succinct and surprisingly accurate. exactly. (points to adactio. I do like when someone thinks what I thought and says it well.)
nice use of bracketed twitter-style status reports eg [I'M WRITING THE LEAD TO MY COLUMN]

Interesting article. Does Newsweek have copy editors? [OR MAYBE I'M SIMPLY MISSING THE IRONY OF THE BRACKETS.]

Mitzi - he's mimicking Twitter by putting faux Twitter posts in brackets. Or maybe they are real ones...
