Recap, Ad, and Other Non-Forum Technical Issues p1- TWoP Forums

- links to other recaps on recap pages don't go where they are supposed to. We are building an "old link" translation to fix that. the huuuuuuge urls will change to something shorter and more natural (like www.televisionwithoutpity.com/battlestar-galactica/recaps/scar.html)
- subnavigation TO recaps pages FROM the forums is missing (pending a fix on the forum side of things) yeah the links to the recaps don't work (pointing to old address). wld also be nice to have subnavigation the other direction. reading the recap, go to the forum thread *for that episode* - but I guess have never had that?
