hot diggity. NipTuck I only saw a few min (can see when re-airs other nites?) but those scenes from the next, they go full throttle for the cliches and familair stories (rg re two! urban legends - woman using peanut butter.. and what was the other one? oh yes the organ thief who picks you up in a bar and you wake up with your kidney removed) and now: the scary crazy nanny -Hand that Rocks the Cradle- slash -Fatal Attraction- women you slept with who is now going to ruin your life...

and Boston Legal, yay, this episode was back on par. and going just where the viewers (at lst twop cmmters) want: Alan telling Shirley that he took the case to be in the courtroom with her. "I enjoy your company, Shirley. so, if I can't co-counsel with you, I'll have to oppose you. or, I could oppose you right now against that wall. that would make me happy." and she let it hover, then walked to the door, then "I was almost there."
and then the good scene on the balcony where Denny says "well you can't have her." and sth about you can't eat where another man --schmidts?, Alan interjects. classic BLegal style.
and they even redeemed the dwarf storyline, this time it was good and Denny was loveable (last two weeks seemed too perhaps Shatner-ish, arrogant dumb oaf rather than endearing.) Alan, once again saying "look down" and Denny to her "you snuck up on me."
scenes fr next alan tells denny can't claim women and denny says, just shirley.
and alan to shirley: are you that good? shirley: I wish I wasn't.
Bergen is kickin' it. Shirley was very very good tonite.
and I liked the music used..

twop p
235:
-I'm so happy to see they are finally, finally going to explore the Alan/Denny/Shirley possibilities in more depth. The scene between Shirley and Alan was crackling with tension.
"I was almost there."
-Spader brings it again. I was almost there, too. Oh my. Of course, it helped that he was hilarious in the courtroom scene, so I was already in love.
-There we go. New Guy gets old Alan Shore-type story line and Spader moves on to...new heights. Schmore? Heh. Bring it on.
-Wow, the scene between Alan and Shirley was hot. I was not expecting that.

-The midget? I like her. BL casting is brilliant. Week after week. I know it can't be - but I keep wanting all the featured actors - like Hands, and Clarice/ence/vont, to become regulars!
-I never thought the gag with Denny not seeing the Badger standing right in front of him could work twice, but it was funnier the second time around. I never got why he wasn't into her in the first place.
