note that beta blogger blogspots have new navbar -
on right "create a blog" and "sign in"
or, if you are signed in, on right shows yr gmail addrss and options for "new post" "customize "sign out"

and you still can go to dashboard by clicking the Blogger icon in upper left
to where they have moved the "next blog" button, to the side of the search bar. that's good.

non-beta blogspots have old navbar, where the options on the right are "get yr own blog" "flag" and "next blog"
